09:00 Depart from Kanazawa Port, and head to Kanazawa Castle
09:30 Visit Kanazawa Castle and the Kenrokuen Garden, classified as one of Japan's "three most beautiful landscape gardens”
12:30 Head to Shogyotei restaurant
12:45 Have lunch at Shogyotei and enjoy traditional local Japanese food
13:45 Head to Higashiyama Higashi Chaya
14:00 Explore Higashiyama Higashi Chaya District and Shima Geisha House, a traditional area with teahouses where geishas perform, and with shops selling gold-leaf crafts
15:00 Experience a workshop at Sakura Gold and decorate chopsticks or boxes with gold leaves
16:30 Head back to Kanazawa Port
