10:00 Depart from Hiroshima Port and head towards the pier of Miyajima
11:00 Take the ferry from Miyajima pier to Miyajima itself
11:10 Explore Miyajima, which hosts one of Japan’s Top Three Sights. Feed the deer around Miyajima, and walk in the sand around Itsukushima Shrine
12:50 Take the ferry back from Miyajima to the main island
13:30 Have lunch at Hassei, a restaurant that serves okonomiyaki, a basic crepe-like pancake date back to the Edo period (self-pay)
15:00 Visit the core landmarks of Hiroshima – learn about the history of the A-Bomb Dome and the various monuments in the area, one of them being the Hiroshima Peace Park, where you can enter the museum and hear testimonials from survivors of the atomic bomb
17:00 Return to Hiroshima Port
