So first, let's explore a market in Temma, which is just 1 station from JR Osaka, and I'll explain seasonal Japanese ingredients and we'll buy what we need for our cooking.
Then we'll go back home and cook some Japanese food.
Examples of the menus of Japanese dishes:
You will cook 1 main dish, 1 side dish, Miso soup, and Japanese rice.
The example of the main menus are as following,
- Sushi Roll
- Ginger-flavored steak
- Tonkatsu (Katsu) or katsudon
- Saba no Misoni
- Takikomi Gohan
